A very simple to use 3 stage Meditation Timer aid for most types of meditation. Designed to be as uncluttered and simple to use as possible so that you may focus and relax into your meditation. Simply press 'Start' to start! Features: * Three stage timer , 'Prepare' Meditate' and 'Wake' * All stage times can be adjusted. * A soft 'Gong' sound is heard for each stage. * By default, this timer features the guided voice (Vedic meditation) of Camilla Baker from Stable House Meditation. * If desired, voice guidance can be switched off. * A 'Pause' function freezes timer and sound at any desired point, 'Resume' will unfreeze and continue. * 'Reset' function is provided to reset the timers at any point if a longer interruption occurs. Although not essential, the high quality audio included in this app is best experienced in stereo by wearing earphones. If you are using your phone then we recommended you set it to 'In-flight' mode first so that you will not be disturbed during your meditation by calls or notification sounds.
